An extraordinary gastronomic experience! This restaurant is a real gem. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and a warm and refined atmosphere, which already announced a special evening. The menu is a perfect balance between innovation and tradition, with dishes prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Each course was a discovery of flavours, from appetizer to dessert, with surprising but always balanced combinations. The staff are extremely professional, attentive and helpful without ever being intrusive. Ultimately, a restaurant where every detail is taken care of and where you feel pampered. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a special evening of good food and good service

The location of the restaurant is amazing! So beautiful! The food and service was also very good. We finished everything quite fast and I couldn't catch photos. But all was quite delicious.

What a delight!The fried cheese was perfect: crunchy on the outside, melted on the inside and very tasty. The meat was cooked to perfection, well spiced and incredibly tender. The french fries were fresh and delicious. But the real protagonist of the meal was the pasta with cheese and artichoke cream: a true spectacle of flavours.We will definitely be back! The Quarto del Pozzo restaurant is a true institution in Rivisondoli, located in the heart of the plain in front of the Pratello. The location is ideal: easily accessible, with ample parking and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, perfect in both summer and winter.The cuisine is excellent, with excellent value for money. I highly recommend starting with the fried cheese accompanied by Taggiasca olives, continuing with the farrotto with porcini mushrooms and truffle, and finishing with a delicious leg of guinea fowl, served with sautéed chicory as a side dish. The wine selection is also of a high standard, perfect to accompany each dish.The staff is always attentive, courteous and professional, guaranteeing impeccable service. Every time I'm in the area, Quarto del Pozzo is a must. Absolutely recommended!

What an incredible restaurant. The owner is an extremely freindly man with a lof of knowledge of the local area and food. Their antipasti are fenomenal and the same goes for their pasta dishes: I personally had Tonelli (a type of fresh spaghetti which resembles chitarrina - the traditional pasta of Abruzzo - with wild asparagus and guanciale (a type of speck which is taken from the cheeks of a pig) topped with fresh parmisan cheese. The restaurant is located on the so called Piana delle Cinque Miglia, a plain mountain area on the Majella massif. The view from outside is simply breathtaking, and it is very close to the ski slopes of Roccaraso (a famous ski resort in Central-South Italy).
